How do I start a custom costume order?

It’s easy and we have a few options. The first step is to get in contact with us, which you can do by submitting an enquiry form through our website, or by sending us a message on Facebook or Instagram.
Once we know what you are enquiring about we can provide you with a custom quote, designs or just various options for you to think about.

How much do custom costumes cost?

Prices for custom costumes vary depending on many factors. The style and complexity of the deign, fabric used, embellishment and how much time it will take to construct. No matter what costume you are wanting made we will always give you a break down of costs and various options to consider. We will work together until you are happy with the budget and product.

What is the turn around time to make a costume?

Turn around time for custom costumes can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks. It depends on the availability of materials, complexity of design and current work load. We ask that you give us a minimum of 4 weeks before your costume is needed, this will avoid any stress and allow extra time incase anything comes up along the way. We always try and complete orders as soon as possible and will keep you updated along the way.

Can you bling an existing costume?

Yes absolutely! Sometimes all a costume needs is a little revamp, repair and some extra bling. Feel free to send us as existing costume, a ready to wear outfit or even an accessory that needs some sparkles!

Can you make accessories to match my costume

Most definitely! Simply send us some pictures of your costume or what you are wanting to match, and we can design something unique for you. We can make earrings, headpieces, bangles, neck ties, bow ties and much more. Check out our ready to wear SHOP for ideas

How does the design process work?

Thats a great question. Some clients know exactly what they want. In these cases, it’s common to send in reference photos of styles, examples of colours and a description of what they want. With those references plus conversations that we will along the way , we will then draw a design that can be approved.

For those who don’t have a clear idea in mind, you can leave all the designing up to us. If you are using music in a routine this can be a great point of reference for design or even having an idea of things you don’t like can be a great start. Either way we are here to help and guide you through the process. Once you are happy with the final concept we can start creating it for you!
